Request data deletion

How to submit a request

Email info@nexi.ae with the subject Data deletion request.

Include your name and contact email, brokerage or workspace, the type of data involved, the connected provider if applicable, and the relevant Meta Page or form where known. Include a safe way for Nexi to verify your identity or authority. Never send passwords, access tokens or verification codes.

Who can request deletion

An individual can request deletion of information associated with them. An authorized workspace representative can request deletion relating to an organization's workspace. Nexi may ask for information needed to verify the requester and their authority.

Customer-controlled CRM data

Nexi customers generally control the CRM information entered into their workspace and the users authorized to access it. A request involving customer-controlled data may need to be handled with, or referred to, the relevant customer or workspace administrator.

Meta disconnection and historical data

Disconnecting Meta or revoking provider authorization stops future access through that authorization. It does not automatically delete Lead or CRM records previously created from authorized submissions.

To request deletion of historical Meta-derived information held in Nexi, identify the relevant workspace, Page, form and data where possible. You may separately revoke Nexi's access using the applicable Meta business or account controls.

Other provider connections

For another connected provider, identify the provider and relevant account or workspace. Revoking access at the provider can stop future authorized access, while deletion of historical Nexi records is reviewed as a separate request.

Review and verification

Nexi will review the request, verify identity or authority where appropriate, locate the relevant information and communicate the outcome. Timing depends on the request, applicable customer instructions and legal requirements; this page does not promise a fixed completion period.

Retention exceptions

Some information may be retained where reasonably necessary for legal or regulatory obligations, security, fraud prevention, disputes, agreement enforcement or operational integrity. Any retained information remains subject to applicable protections and is not kept longer than reasonably necessary for that purpose.
