Operator and scope

Nexi is operated by NextCore Business Technologies Pvt Ltd, registered in India. Contact: info@nexi.ae.

Nexi provides business software for real-estate brokerages. For customer CRM information, the customer generally determines what is entered, who can access it and how it is used. Nexi processes that information to provide, secure and support the service and to follow applicable customer instructions and agreements. Controller and processor roles may vary by activity and applicable law.

Information we may process

• Account and registration information: name, business email, phone, role, organization or workspace, and preferences.
• CRM and customer information: leads, contacts, inquiries, requirements, property interests, activities, assignments, tasks, notes, deals and communication history.
• Property and inventory information: projects, properties, units, listings and availability.
• Files and media: customer-supplied documents, attachments and property media.
• Integration information: provider identifiers, authorized scopes, configuration, connection status, mappings and delivery or troubleshooting information.
• Technical and security information: IP address, browser or device information, timestamps, application activity, error or security events and request metadata where collected.
• Support and business communications: information supplied when contacting or working with Nexi.

Meta Platform Data

For customer-authorized Meta Lead Ads workflows, Nexi may process Facebook Page identifiers and names; lead-form identifiers, names, status and field definitions; submitted form values; Page and form source context; provider identifiers and timestamps; authorization status, granted permissions and connection health; and technical delivery information needed to operate or troubleshoot the connection.

Fields depend on the customer's form and may include contact and enquiry information. Nexi uses Meta Platform Data only to provide and support customer-authorized workflows for which access was granted.

WhatsApp Business data

For supported WhatsApp Business connections, Nexi may process business-account or phone-number identifiers, customer identifiers, messages, timestamps, supported templates, attachments or media references, conversation metadata and available delivery or read status. The exact data depends on the supported provider connection and customer configuration.

Google user data

For supported Google connections, Nexi may process only data required for the enabled feature and scopes authorized by the user or customer. Available data and actions depend on the verified production configuration.

Where applicable, Nexi's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Other integrations and imports

Customers may connect supported portals, CRM or migration tools, calendars, websites, APIs, webhooks or import sources. Data categories vary according to the provider, available interface and customer-authorized workflow.

How information is obtained and used

Information may be provided directly, entered or imported by customers, generated through use of Nexi, received after provider authorization or generated operationally.

Nexi may use it to administer workspaces; authenticate users; manage CRM records; receive authorized leads; preserve attribution; support configured workflows; operate communications and integrations; provide support; maintain and improve reliability; investigate errors or security issues; comply with law; and enforce agreements.

AI-assisted functionality

Where Nexi AI is enabled, it may use customer or workspace context necessary for the requested capability, subject to user permissions, customer configuration and the implemented feature. The information involved depends on the request and available context.

Sharing

Information may be available to authorized workspace users, connected providers where required for the requested workflow, service providers supporting Nexi, parties involved where necessary to protect users or the service, or authorities and other recipients where required by law.

Nexi does not sell customer CRM data or lead data for advertising.

Legal disclosures and business transfers

Information may be disclosed for valid legal or regulatory obligations, protection of rights or safety, fraud or abuse investigations, or agreement enforcement. In a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization or sale, information may transfer subject to applicable law and safeguards.

International processing

Processing may occur in India, the EU/EEA and other service-provider locations required to provide the service, using appropriate safeguards where required.

Retention

Information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for its purpose, customer instructions or agreements, operational or security needs, disputes and legal obligations. Retention varies by data type and context; Nexi does not apply a universal fixed period.

Security

Nexi uses technical and organizational measures intended to protect information. No online service guarantees absolute security. Specific controls and commitments may depend on the service configuration and customer agreement.

Rights, deletion and disconnection

Depending on applicable law, rights may include access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability. Send requests to info@nexi.ae. Nexi may need to verify identity or authority, and requests concerning customer-controlled CRM information may be referred to the relevant customer.

See the Data Deletion instructions. Disconnecting an integration prevents future use of revoked authorization but does not necessarily delete historical CRM records.

Cookies and analytics

Nexi may use cookies necessary to operate the website and service. Non-essential analytics or advertising technologies are not described as active under this policy unless they are deployed with the required review, disclosures and consent controls.

Electronic communications

Nexi may send service, security, integration, support and transactional notices. Marketing communications, if used, must follow applicable consent and opt-out requirements.

Children and policy changes

Nexi is intended for business customers and users. It is not a consumer service directed to children.

Changes to this policy will be published on this page with an updated effective date once approved for publication.
